Founder coaching opportunity
I'm working towards my professional coaching accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and need to accumulate a certain number of hours before I can submit my application.  

While I have been coaching for over 10 years, I can only claim hours after the accredited training course. I'm about half way to the total number of hours required and would like to increase the speed at which I'm accumulating them. So I would like to offer professional coaching to the Polywork community.

Executive or leadership coaching is seen as a performance enhancing advantage to organisations that have adopted a coaching culture. The benefits when leaders are coached is multiplied because of the ripple effects to the wider organisation. Leaders report increased employee engagement, collaboration, team interactions and, indirectly,  improved customer satisfaction.

Professional coaching is different to agile coaching in that the content of the sessions is determined by the client and can be professional or personal in nature. The content of the coaching sessions is confidential as governed by the ICF Code of Ethics.

Coachees report benefits such as:
  • Gaining clarity of vision or an important decision
  • Awareness of behaviours and how they impact their teams
  • Small actions they can take they get them unstuck
  • Ability to respond and adapt to change better
  • Recognition of strengths and how they can improve their work and life

As the coaching accreditation hours need to paid hours, I would like to offer coaching to you at a price decided by you. Could be as little as $10/session and I do have existing clients who pay $250-$500/session.
